Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 business days after we have received and inspected your returned item(s). We will notify you once the return has been received and evaluated, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
