RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
Return & Replacement Process
- To initiate a return, please contact THE FINE PACKAGING Customer Service. Do not send the item back to the address on the package, as it is not our return address. We will provide you with the correct return address.
- Return the item(s) to the designated address.
- Provide us with your tracking information.
- Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund within approximately 3 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all original labels intact. Ensure that all items in the package are in good condition.
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, placing a separate order for the new item.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated expenses.
